Problem: A customer has created an account and they can not sign in with their email address.
Checks:
- If you have access to our API double check if you can find the customer in the system
- If the customer can't be found please check if the customer has other email addresses
- If you don't have access to the API please contact to ZINIO Support publisherbugs@navigaglobal.com
Solutions:
- Create an account via the API or fulfillment files if the customer doesn't exist
